因为在加载Apache http服务器时运行httpd.exe它显示VCRuntime.dll file missing，所以我尝试用cmd注册这个dll文件：
命令regsvr32 vcruntime.dll
但它显示错误：
"VCRuntime was loaded but entrypoint DllRegisterServer was not found".
