CS-Cart和UNIX权限

Question

我在Apache服务器上安装CS-Cart软件，但它不起作用。我试图按照说明操作，但始终存在错误：SERVICE UNAVAILABLE（如下图所示）。 在安装之前，我们必须更改对此的权限：

是不是，如果我更改了以下权限：   - config.local.php到666   - （目录）设计，图像，var到777 我该怎么办？可悲的是，我无法访问终端，我必须手动更改它。

请打开config.local.php文件并替换：

Server Error in [Snipped]

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. 

Requested URL: /[Snipped]/Service2.svc/rest/json/method2

与

ini_set('display_errors', 0);

然后重新加载页面以查看错误短信。
