我在同一个nuget包中遇到了同样的问题，其中Thinktecture.IdentityModel.Owin.ResourceAuthorization.Mvc依赖于System.Web.Mvc Version = 5.2.2。

我解决了这个问题，我安装了所需的MVC版本，然后更新了项目的web.config和views文件夹。

我不知道这是否会有所帮助但是我遇到了与之前相同的问题，我发现我的主“projectname.csproj”已将其版本的Mvc 5.2.3.0设置为私有和我的“projectname”。 infrastructure.csproj“已将其版本设置为5.2.2.0。我只能假设这是我的版本问题的主要原因。
