你还没有发布你的Gemfile和Gemfile.lock，所以我只能做出假设。我假设你的Gemfile.lock 包含对rails 4.2.4的引用，对吗？如果是，确保从其所在的目录启动rails ;因为Rails 3它是Bundler感知的，所以它在当前bundle的上下文中执行rails命令。

想出来。我安装了两个版本的rails。同时卸载了它们和铁路。重新安装了导轨4.2.4，现在一切正常。
