不确定您是否找到了问题的答案，但Orca是Windows SDK中包含的MSI表编辑器。

安装完成后，导航到C：\ Program Files \ Microsoft SDKs \ Windows \ v7.0 \ Bin 并执行orca.msi。然后，您将运行Wix＃项目以生成msi文件。使用Orca打开msi文件并导航到二进制表。双击WixSharp_LicenseFile的数据列，您将获得一个读取或写入文件的选项。如果要查看内容，请选择文件名（.rtf格式）并写入文件。进行任何您希望的更改，或替换该文件，然后使用它来读取该二进制数据行。一旦将其读入msi表，请保存msi文件并关闭。
