模态窗口未在IE10中打开（SCRIPT5009：＆＃39; UI＆＃39;未定义）

我已经通过javascript打开了一个新的模态窗口，它在firefox和chrome上工作正常但是没有工作的Internet Explorer 10

  

错误：SCRIPT5009：＆＃39; UI＆＃39;未定义

UI.Modal.close();
UI.Modal.open(url,'Create New Application',{ renderAs: 'iframe',dimensions: {width:700,height:330} });
