Main项目可能引用了较旧版本的Entity Framework，因此较旧的dll在构建中。确保使用有问题项目的所有项目都具有新引用

通过 Nuget 包管理器更新 EntityFramework 为我解决了这个问题：

  1. 管理 NuGet 包
  2. 已安装选项卡 -> EntityFramework -> 更新至 v6.4.4

有一个类似的问题，经过大量的努力，我使用Nuget卸载EF，然后再次添加，清理并重建项目。

如此简单而有效，至少对我而言！
