您遇到问题的原因是当前版本的GitHub sevntu-checkstyle-default-configuration.xml中链接的wiki document已过时。 VariableDeclarationUsageDistance 检查已移至使用SevNTU Checkstyle 1.13.0的常规Checkstyle工具，因此它不再存在于SevNTU Checkstyle中。
这实际上只能由SevNTU人员修复，因此您可以考虑使用opening an issue。在它得到修复之前，我认为最好的办法是删除导致文件错误的检查，直到它工作为止。
