服务器突然拒绝连接，登录：

$bin/neo4j-shell -p 8474
ERROR (-v for expanded information):
        Connection refused

也许重启会解决问题，但我想知道是什么问题？

这看起来好像你曾尝试使用neo4j-shell连接到http端口（默认为7474）。 shell使用不同的端口，默认为1337。
