android gps位置不要改变坐标

将MIN_TIME_BW_UPDATES最小化1分钟为0

尝试将日志放入onLocationChanged()函数中,因为它是针对位置更改触发的日志。在此函数中作为参数传递的Location对象具有所有新的位置值。
