我提出的是XACML type for bags的略微修改版本。

当使用WSO2 TryIt工具单独评估时，结果为Permit。如果这是服务器上唯一启用的策略，则会发生相同的情况。如果我启用其他策略，则会使用Indeterminate /找不到AttributeDesignator属性进行响应。

当我发出打击其他策略的请求时，不会发生同样的情况。其他策略会返回预期结果，但不包括列表。

为什么会这样做？如何减轻它？
