上传多个图片并获取每个网址

亲爱的会员，祝你们好！   我有一个问题，希望你能帮助我。 （：  这是仅上传一个图片的上传和显示网址的代码。 但我需要这个代码显示多个图像的单独url地址，所以我可以将它们放入mysql。
