我建议使用 年初的服务计算 框。这将计算截至当年1月1日的服务假应计。对于应计设置,请尝试以下操作:

服务单位 =月份

应计费率单位 =每年的小时数(奖励频率=年度第一轮)

第一年奖励值 ==> 未使用

应计费率值(您未指明后续年份,因此您可能需要更多时间间隔。)
