Apache Cordova缺少cordova.js

我已经加载了默认的visual studio 2015 cordova项目。我跟踪了msdn的帖子，但项目不会构建。

根据我的阅读，visual studio应该在构建期间创建cordova.js文件，但事实并非如此。错误列表中没有错误。我只是想在这里运行一个hello world项目。
