迁移到4.2并在has_many中获取错误

我有：

class Location < ActiveRecord::Base
  has_many :mobile_menus, class_name: "Menu", ~> { where is_instore_enabled: true } 

但是我收到了错误：

该运营商到哪里。我究竟做错了什么？是class_name吗？
