SEVERE：将上下文初始化事件发送到类org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener的侦听器实例的异常 org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException：创建名称为＆＃39; accountDetailsS​​ervice＆＃39;的init时出错：init方法的调用失败;嵌套异常是java.lang.NoSuchFieldError：REFLECTION

Docs说implementer中的jaxws:endpoint属性使用完全限定的类名或配置实现类的Spring bean的ID引用来指定实现类。

在你的情况下，引用bean id与前导＆＃34;＃＆＃34;符号不确定为什么？，你可以直接尝试使用类名而不是bean id，因为AccountDetailsServiceImpl是明确的，没有任何依赖。
