hadoop服务器端日志记录无法正常工作

Question

使用apache hadoop 2.6.0。当我想从工作经历中看到stderr时，我总是得到

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.hadoop.ipc.Server).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
log4j:WARN See http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/faq.html#noconfig for more info.

我试过这些东西：

1. 来自https://stackoverflow.com/a/25772041/3209177，我在yarn classpath中添加了hadoop-yarn-server-nodemanager.jar和container-log4j.properties，结果相同
2. 由于警告不是org.apache.hadoop.ipc.Server的附加程序，因此我在log4j.properties和container-log4j.properties中都添加了log4j.logger.org.apache.hadoop.ipc.Server = INFO。仍然难怪。
