在您的调度程序servlet上，不存在bean定义。所以在下面添加你的bean声明 -

xmlns:beans="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"

此外，您需要在schemalocation中提供bean xsd版本，如下所示

 xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.2.xsd

在此更新之后，大多数情况下您可以运行代码，但如果仍然遇到任何错误，请尝试使用<beans:bean..进行所有bean声明。
