        print(decrypted) // this should print "Hello there!", but it doesn't

我想出来了。改变了这一行:

let decrypted = String(data: data, encoding: NSUTF8StringEncoding)

为:

let decrypted = String(bytes: decryptedBytes, encoding: NSUTF8StringEncoding)

它现在正在运作。
