我正在使用类型安全激活器1.3.5。我已按照here所述下载并配置了代理。当我尝试创建一个新的应用程序时，我得到了这个错误：

我们发现问题与激活器与Amazon S3通信的方式有关。解决方法是直接使用sbt构建，而不是使用激活器构建。
