如果您的存储引擎是MyISAM,您将会发现此行为。 MyISAM不支持事务,因此,您的第一个代码不会放置任何锁定,因为所有语句都会自动提交,因此您的第二个代码将很乐意浏览自己的SELECT FOR UPDATE并直接进入SELECT ID。
长话短说:将数据库切换到InnoDB存储以使其正常工作。
