1）我需要串联使用apt-buildpack和ruby buildpack。

2）然后我创建了一个名为Aptfile（无扩展名）的文件，将其放在我的项目文件夹的根目录下，其中唯一的一行是：

我真的很难让Heroku不仅使用正确的Zbar，而且还使用Circle CI。我尝试在CI服务器上使用Apt来获取开发版本，但由于奇怪的依赖性问题而无法使其工作。我最终创建了一个heroku buildpack来处理修补和构建正确的版本，我编写了一个脚本来让CI服务器也这样做。
