我可以通过手动将额外资源添加到企业归档来解决我的问题。通常，流程定义中引用的所有资源都将自动添加到企业归档中，但对于SmartSockets调色板，SmartSockets消息类型定义不包含在企业归档中。

获得的经验：当过程在Designer的测试模式下工作正常，但在Tibco Administrator中没有，那么首先检查ear文件，如果所有资源都包含在其中。
