Twitter-bootstrap自定义图标位置不起作用

我是Angular的新手，我在页面设计中使用了Bootstrap，但是默认的glyphicon图标...... huuum ... well 我已经阅读了这篇教程http://favbulous.com/post/1006/create-custom-icons-for-twitter-bootstrap-easily但不适合我。它显示的图标，但位置不是我想要的，图标显示文本的顶部不在左边。我有这个代码

使用glyphicon效果很好
