确保以管理员身份运行命令提示符，否则您将没有足够的权限使用installutil安装服务，您将看到以下消息：

回滚阶段已成功完成。

已完成事务处理安装。安装失败了，而且   回滚已经完成。

如果您以管理员身份运行，则会看到以下消息：

提交阶段已成功完成。

已完成交易安装。

完成后，您应该能够在services.msc中看到“WCFWindowsServiceSample”
