命令rails plugin new用于为Rails的应用程序创建新插件。并且firefly不是宝石，那么你不能通过gem install命令安装它。

要将此jquery插件添加到您的应用，请将this file添加到vendor/assets/javascripts或app/assets/javascripts文件夹。

请记住要求application.js。
