您需要在AuthenticationManager上设置TokenProcessingFilter。而不是在TokenProcessingFilter上使用@Component,只需在SecurityConfig中创建它。

TokenProcessingFilter tokenProcessingFilter() {
  TokenProcessingFilter tokenProcessingFilter = new TokenProcessingFilter();
  tokenProcessingFilter.setAuthenticationManager(authenticationManager());
  return tokenProcessingFilter;
}

  ...
  .addFilter(tokenProcessingFilter())

为了保留Component注释,您必须从AbstractAuthenticationProcessingFilter覆盖setAuthenticationManager并像这样自动连接参数:
