当构建在一台计算机上运行时，而不是使用相同的复制文件夹的另一台计算机，并且构建失败是由于.dll的位置，因为它在此实例中;最有可能的（几乎所有我解决过的场景）问题都在于这些集合的位置。
可能的候选人：
C：\ Program Files（x86）\ MSBuild \ 12.0 \ bin \ Microsoft.Common.CurrentVersion.targets（2234,5）：警告MSB3283：找不到类型库“MSComctlLib”的包装程序集。验证（1）COM组件是否已正确注册，以及（2）目标平台是否与COM组件的位数相同。例如，如果COM组件是32位，则目标平台不能是64位。

在我的情况下，问题出现在升级到Windows 10之后。我的项目在Visual Studio 2013中使用框架4.5。我不能保证这不是我的行为或某些升级行为，但我的项目有参考（两者都列在 - ＆gt;参考文献中）到ADODB和MSDATASRC。我检查了我的项目是否有任何代码引用这些组件中的任何内容但找不到任何内容，所以我只是删除了这些引用，问题就消失了。

我的VB.NET项目也有ADODB参考。 Windows 10升级后，错误开始。 我只是删除并再次添加引用，发现一行替换为三行，如下所示：
