这不是PHPMailer错误，它是您的服务器的问题。如果您阅读了错误消息中链接到的故障排除文档（为什么会出现这种情况），它会为您提供一些建议，以便找出您的连接有什么问题。可能是DNS查找失败或者您的网络没有让您离开。

设置SMTPDebug=3将提供与连接相关的一些较低级别的调试输出。
