您已安装visual c ++ redistributable，这不是编译器。您需要visual c ++或其他支持的编译器之一。
查看Matlab版本的文档以获取完整列表，Windows sdk 7.1可能是最佳选择。

我最终得到了它。
安装卸载十几次之后，我安装了第一个dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe，并赢得了版本4的SDK，我重新启动了它工作......同时我也安装了作曲家XE编译器也工作了，我不知道是否它覆盖了一些注册表问题，但在安装这些问题后修复了它。
