如果我将用户名从“/”更改为本地Oracle帐户和密码，BizTalk可以正常查询数据库。

我安装了ODAC 2.121.2.0的32位和64位oracle 12c客户端。 Oracle env变量首先在系统PATH变量中，我在BizTalk中添加了一个绑定重定向到Microsoft.Adapters.OracleDB.config文件，以引用较新的ODAC版本。
