我正在尝试安装指南针，已下载ruby版本22.0但收到错误。我尝试以管理员身份安装更新但仍然收到错误。

    C:\Ruby22-x64\bin>gem install compass
      ERROR:  Could not find a valid gem 'compass' (>= 0), here is why:
      Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - Errno::ECONNRESET
