            })

google.maps.Polyline没有paths属性。变化:

 new google.maps.Polyline({
            paths: arr,
            strokeColor: '#FF0000',
            strokeOpacity: 0.8,
            strokeWeight: 2,
            fillColor: '#FF0000',
            fillOpacity: 0.35
        })

要:

 new google.maps.Polyline({
            path: arr,
            strokeColor: '#FF0000',
            strokeOpacity: 0.8,
            strokeWeight: 2,
            fillColor: '#FF0000',
            fillOpacity: 0.35
        })
