基于堆栈跟踪和NUnit release notes我的印象是问题是而不是 NUnit 2.6.3定位到v4.0平台。

NUnit测试运行器的位数似乎更像是一个问题，在你的工作中是x64：

NUnit runner runtime是v4.0.30319，x64

如果您的MSIL编译的测试程序集试图加载某些x86库或类似的话，则可以抛出BadImageFormatException。

只需将TeamCity作业的配置更改为使用32位NUnit运行程序（.NET运行时v4.0，x86）即可解决问题。
