There are many ANE's available for monetizing using google admob , and many of them can be found at GITHUB and are free to use.

I myself use this ane by user pozirk for monetizing using admob , there is some problem with interstitial's but overall it works fine.

and this one which uses android sdk version 4.5 and air sdk 15.0 i haven't tried it but it looks good .

If you are willing to pay for for it this is what you should look for but it has not been updated for a while.
