通过提交历史记录，我做了以下事情：

1. 已删除 NuGetGallery.csproj
2. 将http://localhost/nuget更改为 NuGetGallery.csproj中的http://localhost:4040
3. 已添加到 配置
4. 添加了文件夹src / NuGetGallery / App_Data / Mail
