构建环境时，需求包 synergine-0.0.1.9 中的文件似乎已过时。

文件不完全相同。问题在travis-ci缓存中？我该如何解决这个问题？

通过电子邮件与travis-ci支持讨论后，我们认为问题不是来自travis-ci，而是来自pypi（奇怪的特定缓存规则？）。
