看起来脚本插件只能在sbt-plugins存储库中找到。只有在sbtPlugin设置为true时才会添加。

编辑：如果设置sbtPlugin := true对此特定应用程序没有意义，您可以将resolvers += Resolver.typesafeIvyRepo("releases")添加到主build.sbt以获得相同的结果。
