我有一台CentOS 7 VM。我安装了＆＃34; cpan-CPAN＆＃34;来自百胜。我跑了＆＃34; cpan＆＃34;并让它自己配置。我用sudo运行它，虽然我后来意识到我没有必要这样做，如果我后来选择＆＃34; sudo＆＃34;安装模式。

完成配置后，我输入了＃34;安装Archive :: Zip＆＃34;。它给了我这个：

CPAN镜像（http://cpan.mmgdesigns.com.ar）向您返回HTML输出，而不是下载02packages.details.txt.gz，可能是404错误消息。

也许CPAN镜像不再提供CPAN文件，或者您可能在代理服务器后面而且您的代理服务器不想提供来自...的文件...阿根廷，是吗？
