首先,我遇到了关于@Parameter注释的Mojo本身的另一个问题。以下内容:

@Parameter(defaultValue = "${project.basedir}/src/main/resources")
String inputDir

会生成错误,因为Groovy编译器会在Maven之前获取字符串"${project.basedir}/src/main/resources"。然后它将进行评估并将其转换为GString。这会生成错误,因为注释需要java.lang.String,但它会获得java.lang.Object

@Keegan在another question中指出的解决方案是使用单引号而不是双引号:
