这与https://github.com/Shopify/active_utils/issues/57详述的问题相同。
该问题的修复程序已包含在active_merchant gem on Jan 15th, 2015中，可在activemerchant版本1.47.0或更高版本中使用。
因此，要修复rails应用程序上的问题，请更新activemerchant gem版本。步骤如下：
Gemfile并使用gem 'activemerchant', '1.50.0' bundle install 可以使用高于1.47.0的任何版本的activemerchant gem。
active_merchant-payu gem不依赖于activemerchant的任何特定版本。运行bundle update以强制它使用最新版本的activemerchant gem。

未初始化的常量ActiveMerchant :: Billing :: CreditCard :: Validateable问题与active_utils gem的版本有关。版本3抛出错误;版本2没有。您需要在Gemfile中设置gem版本。
