原因似乎是POSIX模块，它返回许多“-1”值，其中Number :: Format-＆gt; new（）期望缺少散列键...我能够通过使用附加的补丁成功测试和安装作为一种解决方法。但是在POSIX模块中修复此问题可能更为明智。

每当模块无法构建时，您应该检查CPAN测试人员报告。对于Window x64上的Perl 5.20.0测试是failing，所以不仅仅是你。
