您应首先构造对象,然后再使用它。 试试这个:

from timeADT import Time
time = Time(5,49,13)
print time.hour, time.min, time.sec

但也存在其他问题:

def numSec(selfotherTime):

self

后,这是逗号丢失
def advanceBy(numSeconds):
