从Apache Derby网站下载Derby核心插件zip：http://db.apache.org/derby/derby_downloads.html。该插件可从每个Derby版本下载页面下载。
当前版本 Apache Derby 10.11.1.1 ，但该插件仅在 Apache Derby 10.8.2.2 版本的下载页面上提供。
eclipse-plugin的开发是否停止和/或是否有其他选择？
