我的应用需要在应用处于活动状态以及何时处于非活动状态并被杀死时获取用户的位置。当用户的位置靠近商店时，应用必须发送本地通知。

我不确定究竟发生了什么，但是我无法让我的应用程序在后台获取该位置并在被杀时将其唤醒。
