安装由Tycho构建的eclipse插件

Question

我想安装在Tycho的帮助下构建的eclipse插件。
当我使用SUCCESS调用mvn clean install Maven退出时，在目标目录中调用.jar文件 我不能让Eclipse使用这个.jar，它说无法找到该文件。
我在这里错过了什么吗？如何使用我的tycho内置插件？
