要查看导致此问题的真正原因，请转至管理员 - >系统 - >配置 - >开发人员，并确保＆＃34;日志设置＆＃34;已启用。
然后再尝试添加产品，当你得到相同的错误时，进入文件系统＆＃34; .. project_root / var / log / exception.log＆＃34;并检查最后一条错误消息。
