我以非常规方式修复它：我刚从头开始重新安装OS X Yosemite。我认为这是值得的，因为我的各种python发行版搞砸了，特别是因为我搞乱了默认的Apple python发行版。我做了一个干净的安装，然后是brew install python并使用了brew版本。现在一切都很完美。 virtualenv venv现在正确地将pip安装到venv文件夹。
