默认情况下，当您通过在存储桶上执行get_bucket请求来呼叫HEAD时，boto将尝试验证存储桶。即使您可能有权从存储桶中检索对象，您也可能无权执行此操作。尝试此操作以禁用验证步骤：

bucket = conn.get_bucket(bucket_name, validate=False)

另外，请确保传入存储桶的名称。您的示例代码传入的file_name听起来不对。
