如何在Django中从Sqlite切换到Postgres？

问题是当我跑步时：

python manage.py syncdb

或

python manage.py migrate

它创建一个新的Sqlite数据库！我在我的本地服务器localhost:8000上。 Postgres运行正常，我已经在postgres中适当地创建了数据库。为什么会发生这种情况？如何设置Postgres数据库呢？
